Abstract:
This study,based on whole genome sequencing data,used 406 horses from 76 horse breeds worldwide as the research subjects.Three sophisticated methodologies principal component analysis,phylogenetic tree,and ancestral component analysis,were used to comprehensively assess the genetic structure of modern horses at the genetic level.Additionally,genetic diversity of modern horse populations was evaluated using nucleotide diversity as an indicator,and the Fst and XP EHH selection methods were applied to detect genomic selection signals between different horse populations.Five candidate genes(HBB,EPAS1,TMEM247,RHOQ and ATP6V1E2) significantly related to the high altitude adaptation of Tibetan horses,three candidate genes (HMGA2,TBX3 and TBX5) significantly related to body size traits of Chinese Southwest horses,and genes (IGFBP3,IGFBP1,THSD7A,ADCY1) significantly related to the equestrian performances,behavior,and movements of highly selected horses in Europe and America were selected.This study provides a scientific basis for further protecting the germplasm resources of local horse breeds and reveals the selection direction of artificially cultivated horse breeds.

Abstract:
In order to select the alfalfa varieties suitable for planting and promotion in the sandy grassy beach area of Yulin,this experiment comprehensively evaluated the production performance and nutritional quality of 10 alfalfa varieties. The results showed that the fresh grass yield and hay yield of Zhongmu No.2 and WL343 varieties were higher in each crop.The plant height of Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Juneng 551 varieties were higher in each crop.Compared with other alfalfa varieties Jin Queen,the stem thickness is thicker.The ratio of stem and leaf after Zhongmu No.2,Juneng 551 and Jin Queen were smaller in each crop.The three varieties Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Jin Queen showed faster growth rate in each crop.The crude protein content of Zhong mu No.2 and Gannong No.3 in each crop was significantly higher than that of other alfalfa varieties(P<0.05).The crude fat content of Zhongmu No.2 and Jin Queen was significantly higher than that of other alfalfa varieties on the whole(P<0.05).The crude ash content,neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content of Zhongmu 2,WL343,Jin Queen and Gannong 3 were significantly lower than those of other alfalfa varieties on the whole (P<0.05).Compared with other alfalfa varieties,Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Jin Queen had higher feeding value.It was also found that the production performance and nutritional quality of each alfalfa variety decreased significantly with the increase of cutting times (P<0.05).The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the production performance and nutritional quality of Zhongmu No.2 alfalfa were the best,followed by WL343 and Jin Queen,indicating that these three alfalfa varieties could be widely cultivated in Yulin area.

Abstract:
In order to select the forage of high yield,good quality and suitable for popularization in dry farming area,Oat(Avena sativa L.),the productivity and nutrient composition of 3 introduced varieties of Avena sativa L.were determined.The relationship between 12 agronomic traits of 3 varieties was evaluated by factor analysis,and variance analysis was performed for the common nutrient components of different varieties.The results showed that the comprehensive score of Fuyan No.1 was 5.626,ranking first.The “ash” of the three varieties was significantly different(P<0.05).The results of multiple comparisons showed that there were significant differences between “non fiber freshwater compounds”,“total digestible nutrients” and “monosaccharides” between Tianyan 1 and Fuyan 1(P<0.05),but no significant differences among the other three indexes (P>0.05).

Abstract:
To study the optimal combination of artificially cultivated high quality forages for the feeding of An??galiba calves in confinement,40 An??galiba calves of 10 months old with similar weight,height,body length,chest girth,and cannon bone circumference were randomly selected for the experiment.The calves in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed using a tethered feeding method,while group Ⅳ was grazed with supplementary feeding.Different combinations of wrapped silage forages were fed for 90 days.group Ⅰ(70% oat grass,20% red bean grass,10% sorghum hybrid sudangrass) gained 44.08 kg;group Ⅱ(60% oat grass,40% red bean grass) gained 26.59 kg;group Ⅲ(60% oat grass,40% sorghum hybrid sudangrass) gained 24.06 kg;group Ⅳ gained -13.48 kg.The economic benefits were 1 667.5 yuan for group Ⅰ,810.5 yuan for group Ⅱ,706.5 yuan for group Ⅲ,and -813.5 yuan for group Ⅳ.The results showed that the best quality coarse fodder combination was more beneficial to the growth and development of Angus cross cattle in cold season compared with grazing and supplementary feeding group.

Abstract:
In order to study the hybrid effects of Australian White sheep and Hu sheep,the growth performance test was conducted at Jiayuguan Shenghao Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.sheep farm with Hu sheep as the maternal parent and Australian White as the paternal parent.Through the experiment,the growth performance of Australian White×Hu sheep F1 generation and pure bred generation of Hu sheep was studied,and the optimal combination suitable for the high quality development of Jiayuguan??s sheep industry was selected.

Abstract:
This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different dilution media(containing egg yolk,soy lecithin,glycerol,etc.)on semen parameters of breeding rams after 6 day storage at 4 ℃.The objective was to provide scientific evidence for the low temperature delayed preservation of fresh semen from breeding rams and improve the utilization rate of high quality breeding rams.Semen samples were mixed to eliminate individual differences,and the mixed semen was evenly divided into three portions and diluted with three different dilution media(Tris base solution+soy lecithin, Tris base solution+egg yolk,milk+fructose)at an isothermal condition to achieve a final sperm concentration of 40×106/mL.Subsequently,the diluted semen was dispensed into 0.25 mL straws,sealed with polyvinyl alcohol,and stored in a constant temperature refrigerator at 4 ℃.At 0,72,120 and 144 h after storage,sperm motility parameters were determined using a computer-assisted sperm analysis system(CASA),and sperm acrosome integrity and abnormality rates were assessed using eosin staining.The results showed that sperm motility was similar in all groups at the initial state,and no abnormalities were detected.However,with the extension of storage time,sperm motility gradually decreased,and the abnormality rate gradually increased.Particularly after 144 h of storage,the milk+fructose group exhibited the lowest sperm motility and the highest abnormality rate.In contrast,the Tris base solution+soy lecithin group showed better maintenance of sperm motility in the short term,with a relatively low sperm abnormality rate.Therefore,this study indicates that selecting the appropriate dilution media is crucial for maintaining sperm motility and reducing the abnormality rate during lowtemperature preservation of semen from breeding rams at 4 ℃.Among them,the Tris base solution+soy lecithin dilution media demonstrated good application potential.

Abstract:
In order to improve the production performance of Gannan yak,Gannan Livestock Workstation and Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,relying on the project,imported 20 bulls of Ashidan yak breed from Qinghai Yak Breeding and Promotion Service Center and put them into some professional yak breeding cooperatives in Hezuo City,Xiahe County,Lintan County and Zhuoni County,Gansu Province.Adaptive observation was made.After observing the growth and development,physiological index,feeding and disease resistance of Ashdan yak in Gannan area,it is found that Ashdan yak has good adaptability in Gannan area,which indicates that Ashdan yak can be introduced into Gannan area.

Abstract:
This experiment compared the growth and development of Gannan yak calves through full lactation and restricted lactation+supplementary feeding,and analyzed and summarized the key technologies for cultivating high quality Gannan yak calves.The results showed that the 6 month old weight of fully lactating male and female calves reached 82.58 and 77.65 kg,respectively,which increased by 10.54 and 11.13 kg compared to restricted lactation male and female calves,with a significant weight gain effect.The average daily weight gain of all lactating male and female calves is 0.38 and 0.36 kg,while the average daily weight gain of restricted lactating male and female calves is only 0.33 and 0.30 kg.In conclusion,it can be seen that implementing full breastfeeding cultivation in the Gannan pastoral area can enable yak calves to reach weaning weight at 6 months of age and achieve early weaning.At the same time,it can effectively accelerate the recovery of female yaks?? physical condition and normal estrus mating in the following year??s breeding season,achieving annual production of yaks.

Abstract:
To ascertain the quantity and conservation status of Qinling lenok (Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis) germplasm resources,clarify conservation strategies,and provide a scientific basis for the long-term protection of Qinling lenok,we conducted an investigation into the current status of Qinling lenok resources and analyzed related conservation measures and their effectiveness in the Tianshui National Nature Reserve for Rare Aquatic Wildlife in Gansu Province.The results indicate that between 2012 and 2023,the Qinling lenok population initially declined and then increased.The primary cause of the resource decline was the flood disaster in 2018.Furthermore,the establishment of the nature reserve and the effective implementation of conservation measures have led to an increase in the Qinling lenok population,demonstrating the effectiveness of the reserve??sprotection efforts.

Abstract:
As a kind of high quality green forage,whole plant corn silage has been widely used in herbivorous livestock breeding in our country,but there is still a long way to make the high quality corn silage.Based on the problems of the wholeplant corn silage in production practice,this paper summarized the key technology of producing the whole plant corn silage,in order to obtain the high quality corn silage from the controllable factors.Those factors including harvesting and crushing the whole plant corn,filling and pressing the silo,sealing and extracting the silage,adding bacterial agent,etc.Our paper provides reference for producers to make high quality whole plant corn silage.

Abstract:

Abstract:
This study focuses on Ili horses,thoroughbred,and hybrid offspring of Ili horses and thoroughbred in Zhaosu County,Ili Prefecture.The body height,length,chest circumference,and tube circumference of Ili horses,thoroughbred,and three generations of hybrids were measured,and the difference in body size data was analyzed for significance and the body size index was calculated.The aim is to provide scientific basis and data support for the cultivation and hybrid utilization of light riding Ili horses.The analysis results showed that introducing blood from thoroughbred can significantly improve the body size performance of Ili horses.The body height,length,chest circumference,and tube circumference of the hybrid F3 generation increased by 9.51,5.84,15.27 and 0.5 cm,respectively,compared to Ili horses(P<0.01);The body height,length,chest circumference,and tube circumference of hybrid F1 and F2 generations were significantly higher than those of Ili horses(P<0.01);The chest circumference rate of hybrid F1,F2 and F3 generations was significantly higher than that of Ili horses(P<0.01).In summary,it can be seen that purebred horses have a significant effect on crossbreeding and improving Ili horses as the male parent.The hybrid offspring have better body size development and body structure than Ili horses.Using Ili horses as the female parent has the potential to cultivate a new type of speed type Ili horses.

Abstract:
Subei County is the only Mongolian Autonomous County in Gansu.It is located in the remaining pulse of Qilian Mountain,with a total area of 66 700 square kilometers.It is the largest county in Gansu Province.Subei yak is distributed in Yanchi Bay,Subei County.After a long term natural selection of unique yak groups,it has the advantages of large physical fitness,fast growth speed,and good meat production performance.It is deeply loved by the herdsmen in the yak raising area.At present,the Subei yak storage fist is 0.92 million.The milk and meat produced by it provided local herdsmen with the source of living materials and economic sources,which is essential for the local socio economic development.In recent years,with the policy support of the local government,although Subei yak has developed rapidly,there are certain restrictions.Therefore,by analyzing the current situation of Subei yak and some development results,pointing out that the problems existing in the development of the Subei yak industry,put forward the solution and suggestions for reference,so as to promote the rapid development of Subei yak industry and increase the income of local residents.

Abstract:
In order to understand and master the infection and epidemic situation of infectious pleural pneumonia in sheep in Liangzhou District,we collected 390 sheep samples from 14 large scale sheep farms in March 2023 to carry out the serological investigation of infectious pleural pneumonia in sheep.After testing,the average positive rate of antibodies against mycoplasma infection was 6.1% in non immune sheep;the average positive rate of mycoplasma antibody was 75.3%;the average positive rate of antibodies against mycoplasma ovipneumoniae infection in the sheep flocks of suspected diseased farms was 78.3%.The results proved that there was mycoplasma ovipneumoniae infection in large scale farms in Liangzhou District,which should be paid attention to.This experiment provides reference for the large scale farms in Liangzhou District to develop the prevention and treatment technology of infectious pleural pneumonia in sheep,and take targeted and effective prevention and control measures.

Abstract:
In order to understand the epidemic situation and changing rule of major viral infectious diseases in pigs in Liuzhou area of Guangxi,this experiment used Real time fluorescence RT PCR and Real time fluorescence PCR to detect the tissue,anticoagulant and cotton swabs of slaughterhouses,free range households and large scale pig farms in some areas of Liuzhou City from 2020 to 2023.Four pathogens of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV and Nsp2 1559 1680 mutant),classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine circovirus type 2 and type 3(PCV2 3) and porcine Seneca virus type A(SVA) were detected.The results showed that:(1)The average positive rates of HPRRSV Nsp2 1559 1680 mutant,PRRSV,CSFV,PCV2,PCV3 and SVAwere 0.00%(0/191),8.04%(191/2 377),0.08%(2/2 377),45.23% (992/2 193),32.74% (718/2 193) and 0.16%(2/1 239),respectively;(2)The infection rates of PRRSV,PCV2 and PCV3 were higher,and the infection rates of CSFV and SVA were sporadic.The infection rate of PCV2 decreased year by year,and the infection rates of PRRSV and PCV3 fluctuated greatly.The infection rate decreased year by year from 2020 to 2022,and the infection rate in 2023 was higher than that in 2022.(3)The positive rate of PCV2 and PCV3 in healthy pig samples was higher than that in dead pig samples in different years,while the positive rate of PRRSV in healthy pig samples was lower than that in dead pig samples in different years.PCV2 mixed with other virus infection was the main type of PCV2 double infection,and PCV2 and PCV3 infection were more serious,with an average infection rate of 15.18%.(4) The mixed infection of PRRSV,PCV2 and PCV3 was more serious in triple infection,with an average infection rate of 2.74%.The results showed that PRRSV,PCV2 and PCV3 were the main viral diseases that caused serious harm to pig herds in Liuzhou City,Guangxi,and mixed infection was more common.Epidemiological monitoring should be further strengthened,scientific and reasonable immunization procedures and plans should be formulated,and biosafety prevention and control measures at various sites should be strengthened to reduce the pollution,spread and prevalence of pathogens and promote the healthy and stable development of the pig industry in Liuzhou City,Guangxi.

Abstract:
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by brucellosis,which not only seriously affects the healthy development of animal husbandry,but also affects the quality and safety of livestock products.Most importantly,it will cause harm to human health,resulting in significant economic losses and social impacts.Since 2016,Liangzhou district has fully implemented various measures for the prevention and control of brucellosis among livestock and continuously strengthened its work.Continuous optimization of prevention and control strategy,according to the regional management strategy of sub region and subbreed,the combination of global immunization and detection and purification of the prevention and control measures have reached the control standard.

Abstract:
A multiplex PCR diagnostic method was established.The live vaccine of resurrected ovine Streptococcus septicus disease was used as the research object.According to the universal primers of bacterial 16S rRNA gene and the species specific sodA gene of ovine streptococcus septicus,the primers were designed and synthesized and amplified by PCR.The results showed as follows:(1)The vaccine were inoculated with BHI medium, the growth of bacteria was slow,and the BHI medium became cloudy after 24 h; On the blood plate, shiny, transparent, moist, viscous, smooth surface,neat edges, small dew drops, gray and white colonies were formed, and there was obvious beta hemolysis around the colonies.(2)The microscopic examination results of the bacteria of the ovine septicemia streptococci vaccine strain showed that the microscopic examination showed gram staining positive, often in pairs or 3 to 5 short chain arranged spherical or oval coccus, with capsules.(3)The results of nucleic acid extraction showed that the extracted nucleic acid was stable and could be used for subsequent experimental studies.(4)PCR amplification results showed that the method had good specificity and sensitivity, and could provide technical support for laboratory diagnostic detection and molecular epidemiological investigation of sheep septicemia streptococcus disease.The study concluded that the multiplex PCR detection method is simple,rapid,sensitive and specific,easy to master,and generally suitable for grass roots units to use,can quickly obtain diagnostic results,identify the pathogen,and provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.

Abstract:
Taking the Kang Er Bei Pet Hospital of Gansu Vocational College of Animal Husbandry and Engineering as a platform,this study investigates the types and infection rates of ectoparasites in pet dogs in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,providing references for the prevention and treatment of ectoparasitic diseases in local pet dogs.The diagnostic cases were classified and statistically analyzed based on four aspects:breed,gender,age,and whether deworming was performed.The results showed that:(1)Teddy dogs had the highest rate of ectoparasite infection;(2)Young dogs had a higher rate of ectoparasite infection than adult dogs;(3)Mites were the dominant type of parasites infecting pet dogs;(4)Regular deworming could effectively reduce the infection rate of ectoparasitic diseases.The study suggests that pet dogs in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City have varying degrees of ectoparasite infections,and it is necessary to strengthen prevention and control measures.

Abstract:
Dairy goat mammary gangrene is a kind of serious disease in dairy goat mastitis.Previously,most of the causes of this disease were considered to be acute,local,epidemic and irreversible.However,in recent decades,large scale farming of dairy goats in large counties with Fuping County as the core of Shaanxi Province has begun to increase year by year,and such diseases have repeatedly appeared in group farming of dairy goats.With the coming of the middle milk season in the production cycle of dairy goats,there is a high proportion of morbidity characteristics.The disease occurs more than 1 to 4 months after lambing,the incidence can account for more than 10% of the dairy sheep group,the cure rate of the infected sheep is less than 30%,because the dairy goat is the main purpose of the production of fresh goat milk,so when the breast necrosis can not produce milk,can only be eliminated,so the disease on the dairy goat breeding loss is great.This article will analyze and summarize the causes,symptoms,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of dairy goat gangrene according to the author??s practical work experience,so as to provide reference for the majority of dairy goat farmers and veterinarians engaged in front line clinical practice.

Abstract:
Feline panleukopenia,also known as feline plague,is an acute and highly contagious infectious disease.Cats with incomplete or unvaccinated vaccines are susceptible to feline plague,which has diverse infectious sources and high fatality rate.It is a common and harmful infectious disease in clinical practice.In this paper,the examination,diagnosis,treatment,outcome and prognosis of three cases of feline panleukopenia were discussed,and the results of laboratory examination items such as blood routine,biochemical text,infectious disease test and blood gas test were analyzed in detail,and the diagnosis was made.The treatment idea of supportive nursing and symptomatic treatment was followed,and antiviral drugs were used to treat the last two cases successfully,and one died.This article summarizes the treatment plan in detail,hoping to provide reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.

In order to explore a new model of safe and effective vaccine immunization,Liangzhou district in the autumn of 2023,while continuing to use S2 brucellosis vaccine immunization,selected two towns to promote brucellosis M5 90Δ26 vaccine immunization,and evaluated the immune effect.From the test results,the safety and immune protection effect of brucellosis M5 90Δ26 vaccine is good.

Abstract:
A May poodle fell from a high place and the left hind limped.Surgery and rehabilitation were performed based on the results of palpation,blood biochemical and routine tests,tibial compression test,drawer test and X ray examination.The results showed that by palpating the affected knee joint,the dog had pain and resistance,the tibia was shifted forward relative to the femur;blood biochemical and blood routine examination showed no pathological indicators;tibial compression test and knee drawer test were positive;X ray examination showed the affected tibial plateau significantly forward,and tibial plateau angle (TPA) was 25°,and diagnostic result was anterior cruciate ligament rupture.Because the dog was young and in the stage of bone growth and development,and tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) easily affected the epiphyseal plate development,so tibial wedge osteotomy (CTWO) was used.On the fifth postoperative day,the affected limbs of the sick dogs can exercise normally;on the 10th postoperative day,the affected limb fully regained its normal function,and the surgical suture was removed;after 2 months,the surgical bone plate was removed,TPA value was measured as 4°,and there were no complications.It indicated that the surgical method has ideal curative effect,and has the advantages of simple operation,high stability and accuracy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in pets.

Abstract:
The harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry is related to public health safety, environmental protection and food safety, and is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products and the healthy development of animal husbandry. In recent years, Huize County insists on leading the high-quality development of animal husbandry with green development, constantly innovates working ideas, improves the harmless treatment system, and continuously improves the harmless treatment capacity. On the treatment of imported African swine Fever together

Investigation on the Biosafety Status of Swine Farms in a County of Tianshui City
Abstract:
In the absence of effective vaccines and treatment measures for African swine fever, farm biosafety is the first line of defense for the prevention and control of animal diseases such as African swine fever. In order to fully understand the biosafety status of pig farms in a county of Tianshui City, 56 biosafety evaluation indicators including 9 aspects were developed. Through online surveys and on-site visits, investigations were conducted in 76 large-scale pig farms with more than 300 pigs in stock, and discussions were held with technical guidance, business supervisors, and other departments. It was found that there were some problems in some large-scale pig farms, such as no disinfection room for goods and materials, the daily management of production areas did not flow in the specified direction, and the admission personnel did not take three-stage bathing, which were mainly related to the breeding scale of pig farms, the professional knowledge of personnel and the establishment of protection system. Corresponding suggestions were put forward, in order to provide reference for comprehensively improving the biosafety protection ability of large-scale pig farms.

Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization methods on forage yield and quality. Three treatments of chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer and organic inorganic formula fertilizer were set up in the experiment. Each treatment was converted into chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer and organic inorganic formula fertilizer according to the equal amount of 324 t/hm2 of equal N, drip irrigation was used in growing period. The results showed that there was no significant difference in plant height (3.08 m) between applying organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer (P>0.05), but there was significant difference in plant height (1.52 kg) between applying organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer (P<0.05), the fresh grass yield (84.53 t/hm2) and hay yield (32.01 t/hm2) were the highest, which were significantly higher than that of applying chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer (P<0.05), and the contents of DM (37.87%) and Starch (38.47%) were the highest, there was no significant difference between applying chemical fertilizer (P>0.05) and applying organic fertilizer (P<0.05). The content of NDF (33.90%) and ADF (20.90%) in forage grass with organic and inorganic fertilizer was the lowest, which was significantly different from that with chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer (P<0.05). In conclusion, the application of organic and inorganic fertilizer can improve the yield and quality of forage maize in arid and semi arid area.

Abstract:
Intestinal obstruction caused by foreign objects in small animals is one of the common intestinal diseases in dogs. It is easily confused with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis in clinical practice. This experiment, based on the medical history of a patient dog, combined with blood routine examination, CRP examination, endoscopy, and differential diagnosis with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, determined that it was a foreign body obstruction in the dog' intestines. The patient dog was attempted to use exploratory laparotomy for treatment. After the surgery, the main treatment measures were anti inflammatory, supplementing nutrition and body fluids, and repairing the gastrointestinal mucosa, achieving significant therapeutic effects. The research results can provide a reference diagnosis and treatment plan for the differential diagnosis and treatment of intestinal foreign body obstruction and hemorrhagic gastroenteritis in pet dogs.

Abstract:
In this study, two groups of 60 neonatal Euler ewe lambs with similar initial body conditions were subjected to different rearing methods. And the primary phenotypic traits, including 18-month body weight and body dimensions were analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the experimental group exhibited continuous growth from birth to 18 months of age. Compared to the control group, at weaning, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of age, the experimental group displayed significant increases in body weight, with the highly statistically significant differences (P<0.01) of 5.15 kg, 5.58 kg, 6.31 kg, and 6.86 kg, respectively. The average body height and length increased by 15 cm, 2.24 cm, 2.16 cm, 2.37 cm and 2.68 cm, 3.17 cm, 3.41 cm, 4.16 cm, respectively, both with the highly significant differences (P<0.01). The average chest circumference increased by 1.63 cm, 2.72 cm, 3.78 cm, and 4.43 cm, except at weaning where the difference was significant (P<0.05), and highly significant(P<0.01) at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of age. Chest depth and chest width indicators also showed significant increase, with differences (P<0.05) of 1.12 cm, 1.27 cm, 1.35 cm, 1.29 cm, and 1.84 cm, 1.60 cm, 1.10 cm, 1.89 cm, respectively. Additionally, daily weight gain, weaning survival rate, and one year survival rate were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group, with highly statistically differences (P<0.01). The production performance of the experimental group met the standards of the " Euler Sheep" DB62/T490 breed for special class and first class sheep, with high breeding value and significant breeding effects, while the control group only reached the third class sheep of that. And such difference suggesting that the "grazing & timely supplementary feeding" rearing approach is a more rational method for the production of Tibetan breeding sheep in high altitude pastoral areas.

Abstract:
In order to evaluate the immune effects of different porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) vaccines on pigs during growth and finishing stage, a total of 360 piglets weaned and 23 days of age were randomly divided into groups A, B and C with 120 pigs in each group. Group A was immunized with domestic PCV 2a whole virus inactivated vaccine (WH strain) with SEPPIC adjuvant, group B was immunized with imported water adjuvant subunit vaccine (PCV 2a Cap protein), and group C was not treated with any treatment. The results showed that compared with the domestic PCV2 vaccine, the imported vaccine showed strong advantages in terms of growth performance, antibody levels and immune protection period, etc., with significant economic benefits.

The promotion has received strong support from the Fugu County Party Committee and County Government and the Yulin City Science and Technology Bureau. The use of antibacterial drugs was curbed from three aspects: banning antibiotics on the feed side, reducing antibiotics on the breeding side, and eliminating antibiotics on the feces side. Abstract:
In the study, we investigated the effects of meat quality traits, pH change of pork after slaughter, sampling time and storage time on the water loss rate and drip loss of pork. The results showed that the pH of pork at 45min was 6.01, the meat color and marbling scores were 3.57 and 3.63, respectively, and the water loss rate and drip loss at 24 h were 14.77% and 1.33%, respectively. At 0 ~ 4℃, muscle pH showed a general decreasing trend with the extension of storage time, and significantly decreased at 5 h after slaughter, extremely significantly decreased at 7 h after slaughter, and then stabilized, and increased to 5.85 at 120 h after slaughter, but was still significantly lower than 45 min. Compared with 6 h and 24 h, the muscle moisture content at 2 h after slaughter was decreased by 32.59% (P<0.05) and 38.23% (P<0.05), respectively. Compared with 24 h, the muscle water moisture content at 9 h after slaughter was decreased by 32.33% (P<0.05). The 24 h drip loss measured at 0 ~ 4℃ 2 h after slaughter gradually decreased with the extension of refrigeration time, and the decrease was extremely significant between 24 h and 72 h, and the decrease was small between 72 h and 168 h, with no significant difference. The 24 h drip loss measured by sampling after the carcass was refrigerated at 0 ~ 4℃ for 24 h after acid discharge gradually decreased with the extension of refrigeration time. Drip loss at 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h and 144 h decreased by 52.65% (P<0.01), 70.09% (P<0.01), 77.57 (P<0.01), 82.87% (P<0.01) and 69.47% (P<0.01) compared with that at 24 h, respectively. The drip loss at 96 h and 120 h was 52.63% (P<0.05) and 63.82% (P<0.01) lower than that at 48 h, respectively. The 24 h drip loss measured by different sampling time is different, and the 24 h drip loss measured by sampling after acid discharge is higher.

Abstract:
In order to further study the crossbreeding effect of F1 Lambs from different mutton breeds introduced from abroad as the sire crossing with Hu sheep on fattening performance, the experiment was conducted using hybrid lambs from excellent mutton breeds including Dorper sheep, Poll Dorset sheep and Suffolk sheep as the sire (male sheep), and excellent local breeds such as Hu sheep as the dam (she sheep) in barn feeding conditions. The growth performances of the hybrid F1 lambs, including birth weight, body weight at different ages and average daily gain were measured. The results showed that the average body weight at 6-month age in experimental group A (Doper×Hu sheep), group B (Poll Dorset×Hu sheep), and group C (Suffolk×Hu sheep) were 44.76±3.62 kg, 43.65±4.18 kg, and 43.28±3.34 kg, respectively, which were significantly higher than the average body weight in control group D (Hu sheep, 36.32±3.86 kg) (P<0.01). Compared with the control (group D), the profit of lambs in groups A, B, and C were 80.02 RMB yuan, 69.74 RMB yuan, and 42.74 RMB yuan, respectively, which were more than that in the control group (P<0.01). The growth performance and profit of the experimental group A were better than those of groups B and C (P<0.05).

But there are also some factors that constrain development. This article summarizes the situation and existing problems of implementing policy based agricultural insurance to assist rural revitalization and development in Linze County, and proposes targeted development strategies.

Abstract:
The effects of different silage fermentation promoter and silage time on quality of whole plant corn in this study.Using local whole plant corn as raw material,Cutting at the same growth period,Taking silage time and silage fermentation promoter as experimental factors,Field evaluation, nutrient analysis and silage quality test were carried out.The results:The sensory evaluation of the whole plant corn feed treated with different ensilage fermentation promoters was higher than that of the control group;The contents of DM, CP , ADF, NDF , ADL , ST , EE , WSG , TDN and CA in the whole plant after silage were significantly affected by fermentation promoters(P<0.05);PH , lactic acid content, acetic acid content and ammonia nitrogen content in fermentation quality were significantly affected(P<0.05);The silage time was better in Week 7 than in Week 9.Conclusion:The fermentation time of whole silage corn was 7th week (49 days).The quality of whole plant silage corn was improved by using xianmu 1168 and new era silage, which was better than using no silage and other silage fermentation accelerators.

Abstract:
To ascertain the quantity and conservation status of Qinling lenok (Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis) germplasm resources,clarify conservation strategies,and provide a scientific basis for the long-term protection of Qinling lenok,we conducted an investigation into the current status of Qinling lenok resources and analyzed related conservation measures and their effectiveness in the Tianshui National Nature Reserve for Rare Aquatic Wildlife in Gansu Province.The results indicate that between 2012 and 2023,the Qinling lenok population initially declined and then increased.The primary cause of the resource decline was the flood disaster in 2018.Furthermore,the establishment of the nature reserve and the effective implementation of conservation measures have led to an increase in the Qinling lenok population,demonstrating the effectiveness of the reserve??sprotection efforts.

Abstract:
In order to select the alfalfa varieties suitable for planting and promotion in the sandy grassy beach area of Yulin,this experiment comprehensively evaluated the production performance and nutritional quality of 10 alfalfa varieties. The results showed that the fresh grass yield and hay yield of Zhongmu No.2 and WL343 varieties were higher in each crop.The plant height of Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Juneng 551 varieties were higher in each crop.Compared with other alfalfa varieties Jin Queen,the stem thickness is thicker.The ratio of stem and leaf after Zhongmu No.2,Juneng 551 and Jin Queen were smaller in each crop.The three varieties Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Jin Queen showed faster growth rate in each crop.The crude protein content of Zhong mu No.2 and Gannong No.3 in each crop was significantly higher than that of other alfalfa varieties(P<0.05).The crude fat content of Zhongmu No.2 and Jin Queen was significantly higher than that of other alfalfa varieties on the whole(P<0.05).The crude ash content,neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content of Zhongmu 2,WL343,Jin Queen and Gannong 3 were significantly lower than those of other alfalfa varieties on the whole (P<0.05).Compared with other alfalfa varieties,Zhongmu No.2,WL343 and Jin Queen had higher feeding value.It was also found that the production performance and nutritional quality of each alfalfa variety decreased significantly with the increase of cutting times (P<0.05).The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the production performance and nutritional quality of Zhongmu No.2 alfalfa were the best,followed by WL343 and Jin Queen,indicating that these three alfalfa varieties could be widely cultivated in Yulin area.

Abstract:
In order to select the forage of high yield,good quality and suitable for popularization in dry farming area,Oat(Avena sativa L.),the productivity and nutrient composition of 3 introduced varieties of Avena sativa L.were determined.The relationship between 12 agronomic traits of 3 varieties was evaluated by factor analysis,and variance analysis was performed for the common nutrient components of different varieties.The results showed that the comprehensive score of Fuyan No.1 was 5.626,ranking first.The “ash” of the three varieties was significantly different(P<0.05).The results of multiple comparisons showed that there were significant differences between “non fiber freshwater compounds”,“total digestible nutrients” and “monosaccharides” between Tianyan 1 and Fuyan 1(P<0.05),but no significant differences among the other three indexes (P>0.05).

Abstract:
This study,based on whole genome sequencing data,used 406 horses from 76 horse breeds worldwide as the research subjects.Three sophisticated methodologies principal component analysis,phylogenetic tree,and ancestral component analysis,were used to comprehensively assess the genetic structure of modern horses at the genetic level.Additionally,genetic diversity of modern horse populations was evaluated using nucleotide diversity as an indicator,and the Fst and XP EHH selection methods were applied to detect genomic selection signals between different horse populations.Five candidate genes(HBB,EPAS1,TMEM247,RHOQ and ATP6V1E2) significantly related to the high altitude adaptation of Tibetan horses,three candidate genes (HMGA2,TBX3 and TBX5) significantly related to body size traits of Chinese Southwest horses,and genes (IGFBP3,IGFBP1,THSD7A,ADCY1) significantly related to the equestrian performances,behavior,and movements of highly selected horses in Europe and America were selected.This study provides a scientific basis for further protecting the germplasm resources of local horse breeds and reveals the selection direction of artificially cultivated horse breeds.

Abstract:
To study the optimal combination of artificially cultivated high quality forages for the feeding of An??galiba calves in confinement,40 An??galiba calves of 10 months old with similar weight,height,body length,chest girth,and cannon bone circumference were randomly selected for the experiment.The calves in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed using a tethered feeding method,while group Ⅳ was grazed with supplementary feeding.Different combinations of wrapped silage forages were fed for 90 days.group Ⅰ(70% oat grass,20% red bean grass,10% sorghum hybrid sudangrass) gained 44.08 kg;group Ⅱ(60% oat grass,40% red bean grass) gained 26.59 kg;group Ⅲ(60% oat grass,40% sorghum hybrid sudangrass) gained 24.06 kg;group Ⅳ gained -13.48 kg.The economic benefits were 1 667.5 yuan for group Ⅰ,810.5 yuan for group Ⅱ,706.5 yuan for group Ⅲ,and -813.5 yuan for group Ⅳ.The results showed that the best quality coarse fodder combination was more beneficial to the growth and development of Angus cross cattle in cold season compared with grazing and supplementary feeding group.
