Abstract:In this paper, by adding compound probiotic cultures to the diet, the effects of blood biochemical indexes and immune function of fattening cattle were discussed. We selected 40 Simmental cattle (about 1 year old) with a body weight of about 210 kg and randomly divided them into 4 groups to study the effects of dietary compound probiotic culture on blood biochemical indexes and immune function of fattening cattle. The results showed that serum albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total cholesterol (CHO), glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Transaminase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and other blood indicators and serum IgG, IgA, IgM, IL-4, IL-6, and IFN-γ levels. This shows that the addition of compound probiotic cultures in the diet has a significant effect on improving the blood biochemical indicators and immune function of fattening cattle. From the experimental data, the comprehensive effect of the experimental group 2 (basic diet + 20‰ compound probiotic culture) was relatively the best.

Abstract:Neospora Caninum is an intracellular protozoan parasite that can cause abortion and neonatal fetal death in a variety of mammals, including sheep and goats. The purpose of this study was to estimate the prevalence of neosporoasis in scapegoat in Hejing County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. PCR was used to amplify the NC5 gene fragment of neosporoasis canine, and some positive products were sequenced. Results Showed that 13 of 165 scapegoat (7.9%) were positive for canine N.caninum. Age, abortion history, dog ownership and infection rate were significantly different (P< 0.05). The infection rate of ewes over 2 years old was the highest. In addition, the infection rate of neosporoasis was higher in ewes with a history of abortion , and the presence of dogs around the breeding site also affected the infection rate, and the infection rate of sheep with dogs 11.4%, was higher than that of sheep without dogs. The partial sequence of NC5 gene was compared with that of NC5 gene stored in GenBank, and the homology of NC5 gene was 92%~100%. To our knowledge, this is the first phylogenetic analysis of N.caninum in scapegoat from Hejing county. This information is important for designing control schemes to reduce the economic losses of animal husbandry.
Abstract:Grazing is the most basic utilization method of alpine meadows on the QinghaiTibet Plateau. The sustainable use of alpine meadow ecosystem is closely related to the intensity of grazing. In this study, three grazing intensity treatments and one control were set up in Luqu County on the eastern edge of the QinghaiTibet Plateau, and the responses of vegetation community structure and soil physical and chemical properties to grazing intensity were analyzed. The results showed that vegetation cover, height and aboveground biomass all decreased with the increase of grazing intensity. Species richness was highest under moderate grazing. Moderate grazing can significantly increase the proportion of sedge. Weeds increased with grazing intensity. Soil water content and organic matter decreased with the increase of grazing intensity. There was no significant change in pH and total phosphorus, and the soil bulk density changed irregularly. Total nitrogen, total potassium and available potassium increased first and then decreased with the increase of grazing intensity. Available phosphorus increased with the increase of grazing intensity. According to the comprehensive analysis, moderate grazing can significantly improve the vegetation community structure and soil physical and chemical properties, which is beneficial to the sustainable use of alpine meadows.

Abstract:This paper is to study whether the electric stimulation semen collection technology can be popularized and applied in the breeding of Tibetan sheep in the alpine pastoral area of Gansu Province and whether this technology has an impact on the semen quality and semen collection volume of rams. The research team of the project conducted an experiment on semen collection by electrical stimulation of Tibetan sheep breed rams in Danma Township, Tianzhu County, Gansu Province. In this paper, the Eulertype Tibetan sheep rams selected locally were selected, and the semen was collected twice a day during the mating period. On the first day (marked as d1), the traditional false vaginal semen collection method was used in the morning, and the electric stimulation method was used to collect semen in the afternoon. The next day (marked as d2) semen was collected by electrical stimulation in the morning and traditional false vaginal semen collection in the afternoon. We crosscollected semen with different semen collection methods in order to reduce errors, continuously collected semen for 6 days, and checked the quality of semen collection, semen density, and sperm motility in time. The experimental results show that the amount of semen collected by electrical stimulation of Tibetan sheep rams in Tianzhu pastoral area of Gansu Province is all between 0.80 mL and 0.96 mL. This is in line with the normal semen volume of Tibetan sheep, the average sperm motility is above 0.80, and the average semen density is above "medium". The quality of this semen meets the quality requirements of artificial insemination semen and can be applied to the practice of Tibetan sheep breeding.

Abstract:In this study, the previously established general RPA detection method for sheep pox virus and goat pox virus was used to detect footandmouth disease virus, infectious pustular dermatitis virus, fowl pox virus, sheep pox virus, sheep pox vaccine and sheep pox recombinant plasmid samples. Based on this, we verified the specificity of the general RPA detection method for sheep pox virus and goat pox virus for the detection of sheep pox virus and goat pox virus. The results show that the method can show positive bands on the test strip for the positive samples of sheep pox vaccine, sheep pox recombinant plasmid, sheep pox virus nucleic acid and goat pox virus nucleic acid, but does not show positive bands for other samples. This shows that the method has good specificity and has broad prospects in the detection of sheep poxvirus and goat poxvirus.

Abstract:This study is to explore the application value of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in detecting the level of rabies immune antibody. We tested 290 canine sera from 10 administrative districts of Shenzhen. We use the fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test (FAVN) method as the gold standard to analyze the consistency, coincidence rate and quantitative detection effectiveness of the test results and other indicators. The results showed that the Kappa value was 0.545, and the consistency evaluation was moderately consistent. The total coincidence rate was 87.59%, and samples with a neutralizing titer of 0.512.00IU/mL had a higher probability of false negatives. In addition, the S/CO values of samples with the same neutralization titer showed a multiinterval distribution phenomenon. Therefore, this study suggests that the ELISA method can be used for preliminary screening of qualitative detection when it is applied to the actual detection of immune effect evaluation at the grassroots level, and it is not recommended to be used as a quantitative detection method.

Abstract:Congling Tibetan Chicken grows in the Congling area of the Gannan Plateau at an altitude of 1200-2900 m, which is extremely cold, low-pressure, and anoxic. Congling Tibetan chicken is a local original breed, and has not been systematically selected for a long time. In order to grasp the relationship between the physical properties of Congling Tibetan chicken eggs and hatching rate, to find out the influence on hatching rate and healthy chick rate, this research establishes a relatively sound and perfect Congling Tibetan chicken breeding technology. This is expected to improve the reproductive capacity of Congling Tibetan chickens and solve the problem of low fecundity. In this experiment, 25,000 freerange Congling Tibetan chickens were selected from Zhouqu Dongsheng Breeding Professional Cooperative, and 6,000 eggs were collected within 10 days for incubation. We carried out the relationship between eggshell color, thickness, egg shape, egg weight and other physical properties of Congling Tibetan chicken breeder eggs and the hatching rate and healthy chick rate of Congling Tibetan chickens. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between eggshell color and egg shape index (R = -0.062, P< 0.01), and there was a significant weak correlation between eggshell color and eggshell thickness and egg weight (R = 0.123, R = -0.321, P< 0.05). There was an extremely significant negative correlation between eggshell thickness and egg shape index (R = 0.234, P< 0.01), and a significant negative correlation with egg weight (R = 0.062, P< 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between egg shape index and egg weight (R = 0.205, P< 0.01). When breeding, eggs with pinkish-brown eggshell, eggshell thickness between 0.26 and 0.31 mm, egg shape index ≧ 0.80 (round), and egg weight ≦ 35 g should be selected as breeding eggs, so as to improve hatchability and healthy chicks Rate.

Abstract:This research is to fully understand the research status and development trend of goat litter size at home and abroad, and to provide new ideas for the field of goat breeding in our country. Using bibliometric methods, we used " goat little size" as the search term to carry out subjectspecific precise searches in the Web of Science core collection database (1992-2022) and CNKI database (1958-2022). This article uses software such as Excel 2019, GraphPad Prism v5.01 and VOS viewer. We respectively analyzed the number of published documents in the four time periods of 1958-1991, 1992-2001, 2002-2011 and 2012-2022, the situation of papers published by each country, institutions, authors, journals, keywords, research directions and other aspects of visual analysis. We provide a summary and overview of the information obtained. The study found that China's research on "goat little size" is on the rise as a whole, has great development potential, and is gradually moving towards a leading position in the world. However, the average number of citations per paper published in my country still lags behind France and other countries. While paying attention to the number of papers published, Chinese scholars should also pay attention to the innovation and practicality of research. This makes the published papers show more far-reaching influence in the world.

Abstract:As one of the main animal husbandry production bases in Xinjiang, the Altay region occupies a unique advantage in the development of animal husbandry. The local animal husbandry economy develops rapidly. However, with the influence of factors such as climate change and irrational use, the spread of poisonous weeds has intensified. The spread of poisonous weed populations has led to a decline in grassland productivity and biodiversity, and livestock poisoning has also occurred from time to time. This has caused certain economic losses to local herdsmen, and at the same time laid hidden dangers for the ecological security of grasslands, the healthy development of animal husbandry, and the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements. Grasslands are an important part of terrestrial ecosystems. At present, the control measures of poisonous weeds in natural grasslands in Altay area are mainly chemical control. In addition, there are methods such as manual digging, machine mowing, and grazing prohibition and rotational grazing management. With the rapid development of social economy and the change of global climate and environment, poisonous weeds have threatened the sustainable development of grassland ecosystem and the construction of ecological civilization in the region. This seriously affects the grazing function of grasslands, restricts the development of grassland husbandry and increases the production and income of farmers and herdsmen.

Abstract:This paper explores the egg laying rules of Huoyan geese under the group breeding environment in Liaoning area. In this experiment, the egg production performance of 3000 Huoyan goose breeding geese was measured, and the egg production rate curves were fitted by Wood model, McMillan model and Yang Ning model respectively. We selected the optimal model based on the Rvalue and the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC). The results showed that the curve fitting model F test was significantly different, which can be used to fit the laying rate of Huoyan goose breeding geese. The egg production rate fitted the Yangning model with the highest R (R = 0.874), followed by the compartmental model (R = 0.855), and the Wood model had the lowest fitting degree (R = 0.424), and the AIC index was Yangning model < compartmental model < Wood model. In this experiment, the Huoyan geese started laying later than the actual ones, and the peak duration of egg production rate above 40% was shorter. In summary, the Yang Ning model is suitable for fitting the egg production rate of Huoyan goose breeding geese, and can evaluate and predict its egg production regularity. During the production process, feeding management should be carried out scientifically and rationally according to the model and the characteristics of the laying curve, so as to achieve the optimization of production efficiency.
Abstract:Antimicrobial peptides, also known as antimicrobial peptides, are important components of biological innate immunity. It has a broadspectrum antibacterial effect and is not prone to drug resistance. As a feed additive, antimicrobial peptides can promote growth, prevent diseases and improve the body's immunity. As a veterinary drug, it can treat various bacterial and viral diseases and various parasitic diseases. The function of antimicrobial peptides in livestock and poultry farming is gradually being developed, which is expected to be developed as a substitute for antibiotics and widely used in livestock and poultry farming. This article systematically analyzes and discusses the antimicrobial peptides derived from livestock from the structure, use and mechanism of action, as well as their application in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.
Abstract:The immune antibody titer after animal vaccination is an important index to evaluate the immune effect. This is the most important basis for measuring the stability of the herd immunity barrier in a region. This can effectively control the occurrence and prevalence of epidemic diseases by improving the titer of immune antibodies, and ensure the healthy development of animal husbandry. In recent years, in the evaluation of the effect of major animal compulsory immunization in our city, the antiantibody titer of Tibetan sheep FMD immunity is not high as a whole. From 2019 to 2021, 2,541, 2,786, and 2,980 sheep serum samples were tested by liquidphase blocking ELISA in veterinary laboratories, but the overall immune antibody pass rate of each batch of serum samples tested was between 55% and 75%. There is a certain gap between this and the requirement of higher authorities that the pass rate of immune antibodies should be kept above 70% all the year round. This paper analyzes the reasons for the low antibody titer of Tibetan sheep footandmouth disease vaccine and puts forward countermeasures. This aims to solve the problem of the overall low titer of immune antibodies in the prevention and control of footandmouth disease in Tibetan sheep in our city, establish an effective immune barrier, and ensure the highquality development of the sheep industry in our city.

Dog ear hematoma is a swelling formed between ear cartilage and the inner skin of auricle due to the external force that causes the blood vessels of dog ears to rupture and bleed. Ear itch acariasis is an important cause of ear hematoma. Once it occurs, it needs to be treated in time, and surgery is used in severe cases. A case of ear hematoma caused by ear itch acariasis was diagnosed and treated. The diagnosis and treatment process and related analysis were specifically introduced for clinical reference.
Abstract:The cattle industry in some areas of my country has basically become a pillar industry for rural revitalization in agricultural and pastoral areas. Whether the cattle breeding industry is developed in a place mainly depends on the stock of basic cows. The significance of basic cow breeding is mainly to breed calves, and the higher the survival rate of calves, the more vigorous the industrial development will be. Those who are engaged in the cattle industry and veterinary diagnosis and treatment industry know that calf diseases with blood and diarrhea as the main symptoms are very common. The infection rate, morbidity rate and mortality rate of the disease are relatively high. If the diagnosis is inaccurate and the treatment is not timely, it will easily lead to the death of the cattle and have a huge impact on the development of the cattle industry. This paper adopts the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and adopts the treatment principles of clearing heat and detoxification, cooling blood to stop bleeding, nourishing spleen and replenishing qi, astringing intestines and stopping diarrhea. We have made our own traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with the treatment principles of Western medicine to strengthen the heart and replenish fluid, antibacterial and antiinflammatory, and regulate electrolytes. This is a comprehensive treatment of the disease. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine learns from each other's strengths and complements each other's weaknesses, and has received very good therapeutic effects.
