      2023(2):1-4. CSTR:

      Abstract (6) HTML (0) PDF 448.81 K (19) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of culture of Acerermonium Terricola (ATC) on weight gain of whitefeathered broiler chickens. In this experiment, 200 1-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the Acerermonium Terricola group was fed with 0.20% ATC in the basal diet. The test period was 42 days. During this period, we recorded the body weight every week, analyzed the average daily gain, and counted the feed consumption of each group during the test period, and calculated the breeding benefits brought by the gain. The results showed that during the test period, compared with the control group, the average body weight of the Acerermonium Terricola group was significantly increased by 13.23% (P<0.01); the average daily weight gain was significantly increased by 13.53% (P<0.01). The profit of Acerermonium Terricola group was 14.06% higher than that of the control group. This shows that adding ATC in the feed can significantly increase the average daily gain of broilers. This increases breeding benefits and is beneficial to the antibioticfree and breeding of poultry animals.

Abstract:This paper explores the effects of programmed freezing and vitrification on the recovery rate and developmental potential of mouse GV stage oocytes and twocell stage embryos. We compared different cryopreservation methods of mouse oocytes and early embryos to provide a reference for subsequent Avang sheep embryo cryopreservation. In this study, programmed freezing and vitrification techniques were used to freeze mouse GV stage oocytes and twocell stage embryos respectively, and culture them after recovery. The recovery rate, maturity rate and blastocyst rate after different freezing treatments were compared. The programmed freezing recovery rate (48.00% ± 5.29%) of mouse GV stage oocytes was significantly lower than the vitrification recovery rate (65.00% ± 5.00%), with statistical difference (P = 0.0147 < 0.05). The development and maturation rate of revived oocytes after programmed freezing was slightly higher than that of vitrification group, but there was no statistical significance. The recovery rate (76.00% ± 2.00%) of the mouse twocell stage embryo programmed freezing group was significantly higher than that of the vitrification group (70.00% ± 2.00%), with statistical difference (P = 0.0213 < 0.05). The rate of blastocyst blastocysts in thawed embryos developed by programmed freezing was slightly lower than that of vitrification and control group, but there was no statistical significance.

      2023(2):36-38. CSTR:

      Abstract (10) HTML (0) PDF 348.37 K (21) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Guazhou County has a large area of arable land, a variety of crops, and rich straw resources. However, straws such as cotton, flowers, and sunflowers with large planting areas have relatively low prices, and no one buys and stores them. This causes most of them to be discarded or burned, which not only pollutes the environment, but also causes fire hazards. In recent years, although Guazhou County has built four forage processing plants through project support and subsidies instead of subsidies. However, due to the government's followup support and lack of support, irrelevant supporting subsidy policies, the purchase funds of forage processing plants are in short supply, and farmers have insufficient awareness and purchasing power. As a result, forage processing enterprises with large investment scale and strong processing capacity are idle, so they cannot give full play to their benefits. The author puts forward countermeasures to improve the feed utilization of crop straws for peer reference through careful investigation of crop straws in the whole county.

      Abstract (18) HTML (0) PDF 422.28 K (41) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Tibetan sheep have special breed characteristics, good breeding adaptability in highaltitude and severe cold areas, and the cost of breeding is lower than other types of sheep. However, in the case of natural mating, the empty pregnancy rate is high and the reproductive rate is low. In order to overcome the unfavorable factors such as timidity, difficulty in training, and difficulty in semen collection of Tibetan sheep, we use electrical stimulation to promote the passive ejaculation of rams, which greatly reduces the difficulty of semen collection and increases the number of semen collection. In the concentrated estrus season of ewes, more than 500 ewes can be mated by individual outstanding rams. At the same time, artificial insemination is carried out by introducing drugs to induce ewes to be in estrus at the same time. This has greatly improved the reproductive performance of Tibetan sheep and accelerated the process of introducing and improving Tibetan sheep in our county. This improves the economic benefits of Tibetan sheep breeding.
