    Abstract:

    Under the background of “Curriculum Ideological and Political”,promoting the realization of the goal of talent training by the ideological and political education is the key content of the current college education.As the core force of college education,college counselors and specialized teachers shoulder the important mission of transmitting the socialist core values.In the new ideological education environment,accelerating the construction of collaborative education mechanism to enable college counselors and subject teachers to jointly advance ideological and political education is not only a necessary path to achieve “holistic education”(which refers to educating the whole person,for the whole society,and throughout the entire process),but it can also further promote the development of ideological and political work teams,enhance the precision of ideological and political education,and play a significant role in promoting the realization of higher education institutions’ talent cultivation goals.Based on this,this article summarizes the basic connotation of collaborative education,expounds the college counselors and professional teachers collaborative education work important role,explores counselors and professional course teachers collaborative education mode construction principle,analyzes of college counselors and specialized teachers in collaborative education work,explores “course education” background of college counselors and professional teachers collaborative education work path,aims to improve ideological education effect to provide some useful reference.
