Abstract:Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the talent training mode of agricultural university has been explored,aiming to cultivate talents for the implementation of the strategy of modern agricultural innovation and rural revitalization,but the present situation is a serious lack of talent team,especially high-level innovative,compound and applied talents.Taking Shaanxi Yuyang Hu sheep Science and Technology Backyard as an example,the disadvantages existing in the process of animal husbandry talent training were analyzed in this paper,and some measures have been proposed.For example,strengthen the talent training platform based on science and technology backyard,reform animal husbandry professional talent training mode,including the ideological education,innovative personnel training curriculum system,strengthening the practice,capital and project investment,etc.In order to provide ideas and reference for animal husbandry professional talent training,agriculture university,government and support organization of science and technology backyard should be highly collaborated,actively explored and practiced the animal husbandry talents training.
