Abstract:In order to find out the coccidiosis infection in this dairy farm, the fecal samples of 10 calves were randomly collected from an intensive cattle farm in Wuwei City, Gansu Province, and the fecal samples of 10 frontline workers who had direct contact with calves were detected by McMaster counting method.The results showed that the total infection rate was 80%, but the OPG was less than 5000. It belongs to subclinical coccidia infection. The dairy farm staff did not have coccidiosis infection.The results of this investigation provide a basis for the prevention and control of coccidiosis of calves in this farm.
