    Abstract:

The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a new requirement for vocational college education, and the integration of production and education is also an important way for college talent training to interact with industries and promote the development pattern of collaborative education under the increasing demand for cross-boundary and cross-professional talents in modern agriculture. Based on the production and education integration project of the College of Animal Medicine, the creation and implementation of the "labor + innovation" integrated education model, with the help of community activities to promote the organic integration of social practice, vocational skills competition, entrepreneurship competition, career planning competition and practice with post, post practice and other practical education links, can effectively promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people, strengthen students' feelings of "agriculture, rural areas and peasants" and reshape the "craftsman spirit”. To form a good pattern of collaborative education within and outside the school, drive the docking of professional personnel training and social needs, promote the organic integration and cohesion of schools and local enterprises, and deliver more high-quality compound and innovative talents for the society to promote the development of the livestock and veterinary industry and help rural revitalization strategy as their own responsibility.
