Abstract:Feline urolithiasis is one of the common diseases in cat clinical diagnosis and treatment. Its clinical symptoms mainly manifest as lack of energy, frequent urination, hematuria, dripping urine, anuria and so on. The postrenal azotemia caused by its obstruction can be lifethreatening in severe cases, which requires timely treatment. This article summarizes two typical cases of feline urolithiasis. We confirmed the diagnosis through clinical basic examination, blood test and imaging examination, and treated it conservatively and surgically. The effect is acceptable, and no recurrence has been seen yet, which provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
