Abstract:With the rapid development of China's animal husbandry industry, the quality, benefit and environmental protection of animal husbandry are facing severe challenges. And protein mulberry has gradually become a new feed for cattle and sheep because of its high yield, easy cultivation, domestication, drought and cold resistance, pest resistance and other advantages. In this paper, we elaborated on the basic overview, nutritional composition and the influence on the breeding benefits of cattle and sheep. The purpose of this research is to provide a certain reference and guidance for the animal husbandry industry.
