Abstract:Cattle and Sheep Production and Epidemic Prevention and Control is a professional course with strong practicality in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.The introduction of project teaching method in teaching is conducive to improving students interest in learning,enhancing practical ability,cultivating innovative spirit and promoting teamwork.This paper expounds the characteristics of the project teaching method,summarizes the design,organization and implementation,project assessment and evaluation of the teaching project of Cattle and Sheep Production and Epidemic Prevention and Control,and solves the problems of more course content,less class hours and difficult to complete the course objectives efficiently through teaching reform,so as to provide reference for education and teaching reform.
