发酵中草药在鸡生产中的应用

Application of Fermented Chinese Herbal Medicine in Chicken Production

摘要:

随着畜禽饲料的“全面禁抗”和养殖中“减抗、限抗”的实行,发酵中草药由于具有毒性低、药效强等优点,逐渐成为动物饲料添加剂的良好选择。本文综述了发酵中草药的发酵工艺、发酵作用以及其在鸡养殖和疫病防治方面的研究进展,为发酵中草药在鸡生产中的科学应用提供参考。

Abstract:

With the prohibition of antibiotics in livestock feed and the implementation of “reduction and restriction” in livestock farming,fermented Chinese herbal medicines have gradually become a good choice for animal feed additives because of their low toxicity and strong efficacy.This paper summarizes the research progress that has been made on fermentation technology,fermentation processes,and the application of fermented Chinese herbal medicine in chicken farming and disease prevention and control,aiming to provide a reference for the scientific utilization of fermented Chinese herbal medicine in chicken production.
