    研究利用犬胸、腹部的断层扫描数据(CT),通过3D Slicer软件进行数据渲染和三维重建,并对生成的模型进行解剖学分割和细化,最终构建了犬胸、腹腔主要脏器的模型,包括实质性器官如肝、脾、肾,以及空腔器官如心脏、肺、胃、小肠、大肠和膀胱。随后,使用Unity3D软件制作了AR三维解剖软件,实现了犬胸、腹腔主要脏器解剖结构的三维可视化,以期辅助犬类疾病的诊断。结果表明,3D Slicer能够成功构建犬腹腔部分器官的模型,为临床犬腹腔器官疾病的诊断提供了参考,也拓展了学生对相关解剖形态和结构的认知方式,并为教学提供了有价值的资源。

    Abstract:

    This study utilizes CT scan data of canine thoracic and abdominal regions,employing 3D Slicer software for data rendering and 3D reconstruction,followed by anatomical segmentation and refinement of the generated models.Ultimately,models of the main organs in the canine thoracic and abdominal cavities were constructed,including parenchymal organs such as the liver,spleen,and kidneys,as well as hollow organs such as the heart,lungs,stomach,small intestine,large intestine,and bladder.Subsequently,an AR 3D anatomy software was developed using Unity3D,enabling the 3D visualization of the anatomical structures of the main organs in the canine thoracic and abdominal cavities.The aim was to assist in the diagnosis of canine diseases.The results indicate that 3D Slicer can successfully construct models of some canine abdominal organs,providing a reference for the diagnosis of clinical canine abdominal organ diseases.This study also enhances students' understanding of relevant anatomical forms and structures,offering valuable resources for educational purposes.
