Abstract:Wuwei city is a semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral area,sheep raising is a traditional industry of Wuwei farmers.In recent years,the proportion of regional advantageous characteristic industries in Wuwei city has continued to increase,the production structure has been further optimized,and the sheep industry has entered a leap-forward development stage of improving quality,increasing efficiency and carrying.Promote the use of modern sheep industry breeding technology,promote the transformation and upgrading of the modern sheep industry,upgrade the file,improve the quality and efficiency,vigorously develop the facility sheep industry focusing on breeding sheep,meat sheep,wool and meat sheep,concentrate on creating regional characteristics of the industrial belt,achieve large-scale,professional,standardized production,and form Minqin,Liangzhou,Gulang,Tianzhu,with their own characteristics of meat sheep advantage production areas.This paper summarizes the current situation of sheep industry in Wuwei city,the existing problems,and the next countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at providing reference for further improving the development of sheep industry.
