凉州区羊场布鲁氏菌病净化实践与对策

Summary and Monograph on the Purification of Sheep Farm Brucellosis in Liangzhou District

摘要:

净化是控制布鲁氏菌病的有效措施,本文通过虎红平板凝集试验、cELISA检测了布鲁氏菌病抗体,从而对凉州区武南镇某羊场布鲁氏菌病进行净化,并总结净化实践探索经验,为凉州区动物疫病净化工作奠定基础。

Abstract:

Purification is an effective measure to control brucellosis.In this paper,the antibody of brucellosis was detected by RoseBengal Plate Agglutination Test and competitive ELISA test,so as to purify a sheep farm in Wunan Town,Liangzhou District,and summarize the purification practice and exploration experience,laying a foundation for the purification of animal diseases in Liangzhou District.
