虫草素及其在生猪养殖中的应用

Cordycepin and Its Application in Pig Husbandry

摘要:

“禁抗令”出台后,“替抗”已成为畜牧业的热门话题。虫草素是蛹虫草的核心活性成分,具有广谱抗菌、抗氧化和调节免疫等功能,且取材和化学成分天然、不易产生抗药性、在体内无有害残留等突出优点,将有可能为“替抗”做出贡献。本文主要对虫草素的来源、合成方式、药理作用进行综述,并重点探讨虫草素在生猪养殖业中的应用进展,旨在为开发虫草素产品并应用于生猪养殖提供一定的参考信息。

Abstract:

After the promulgation of “Prohibited Antibiotics”,and “substitutes for antibiotics” became a hot topic in the livestock industry.Cordycepin,the core active ingredient of Cordyceps militaris,has broadspectrum antibacterial,antioxidant and immunomodulatory functions,and has outstanding advantages such as natural materials and chemical components,less likely to develop drug resistance,and no harmful residues in vivo,which may contribute to the replacement of antibiotics.This article mainly reviews the sources,synthesis methods and pharmacological effects of cordycepin,and focuses on the application progress of cordycepin in pig husbandry,hoping to provide some reference information for the development of cordycepin products and their application in pig breeding.
