    为了研究不同留茬高度对全株玉米营养成分品质的影响,有效促进草食畜牧业快速发展和农民增产增效,试验选取了安定区广泛种植饲用玉米品种先玉1710和京九青贮16为试验材料,在腊熟期分别选择距离地面留茬高度1 cm、10 cm和20 cm刈割取样,测定生物产量及常规营养成分的含量。结果表明:全株玉米的产量和营养成分的含量,留茬高度由1 cm增至20 cm后,2个品种的粗蛋白(CP)、淀粉(ST)、灰分(CA)含量均有所增加,干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、(酸性洗涤纤维)ADF含量有所降低。由此可见,增加留茬高度可提高全株玉米的CP、ST、CA含量,但会降低其DM、NDF、ADF含量。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of stubble height on the nutritional quality of whole plant maize, effectively promote the rapid development of herbivorous animal husbandry and increase the yield and efficiency of farmers, two widely planted forage maize varieties, xianyu 1710 and jingjiu 16, were selected as test materials, at the waxripening stage, 1cm 10cm and 20cm stubble height were selected from the ground to determine the yield and conventional nutrient content. The results showed that the fresh matter yield, crude protein, crude starch and crude ash contents of the two maize varieties increased after stubble height increased from 1 cm to 20 cm, the contents of dry matter, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were decreased. Therefore, increasing stubble height can increase the contents of crude protein, crude starch, crude ash of the whole plant, but reduce the contents dry matter, acid washing fiber, neutral washing fiber.
