    2024年4-6月份,青海甘德某牦牛养殖合作社的犊牛出现精神沉郁、消瘦、腹泻等临床症状。为确诊发病原因,采集腹泻犊牛肛拭子、粪便等样品10份,采用PCR方法检测牛冠状病毒、牛轮状病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒、牛腺病毒、牛肠道病毒、牛环曲病毒、牛诺如病毒、牛纽布病毒、球虫、隐孢子虫和贾第鞭毛虫。结果表明,在10份腹泻粪样中,均仅检出牛冠状病毒,其他病原未检出。结果表明,该合作社犊牛腹泻由牛冠状病毒感染引起。本研究为该合作社犊牛腹泻防治提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    From April to June 2024, the yak calves of a yak breeding cooperative in Gande, Qinghai, showed clinical symptoms such as depression, lethargy and diarrhea. To confirm the causes of the disease, 10 anal swabs and fecal samples of diarrhetic calves were collected, and PCR method was used to detect Bovine coronavirus, Bovine rotavirus, Bovine viral diarrhoea virus, Bovine adenovirus, Bovine enterovirus, Bovine torovirus, Bovine norovirus, Bovine nebovirus, EimeriaSspp., Cryptosporidium spp., and Giardia. The results showed that, in all the 10 diarrhoea faecal samples, only Bovine coronavirus was detected as positive, and no other pathogens were detected. The results indicated that yak calves’ diarrhoea in this cooperative was caused by Bovine coronavirus infection. This study provided some reference for the prevention and control of yak calves diarrhoea in the cooperative.
