本文为了详实掌握全市畜牧兽医人才队伍建设工作，通过深入现场交流方式，对全市畜牧兽医人才进行了调研，在掌握合作市在畜牧兽医人才队伍建设的现状、存在问题的基础上，结合当地畜牧业发展和人才实际情况，提供操作性强的意见、建议。

Abstract:

This article aims to gain a detailed understanding of the city’s livestock and veterinary talent team construction work. We conducted a survey on the city’s livestock and veterinary talents through indepth onsite communication. On the basis of understanding the current situation and existing problems in the construction of animal husbandry and veterinary talent teams in Hezuo City, we provide practical opinions and suggestions based on the actual development of local animal husbandry and talents.
