    布鲁氏菌病是一种人兽共患传染性病,过去主要在北方流行,进入2000年后随养殖业的发展,传播范围逐步扩大,现在已经波及全国。该病是由布鲁氏菌感染引起的,一般由患病的牛、羊、猪等家畜传染给人。家畜患布鲁氏菌病常常出现流产、不孕、空怀、繁殖成活率降低、使牲畜头数明显减少、产肉、产奶量下降。直接影响着畜牧业的发展各农民致富。布病的诊断以血清学诊断为主,基层常见的布病诊断方法为虎红平凝集试验,这种检测方法有价格便宜,方便等优点,但是也存在一些不足,我就不足之处说几点自己的看法,并提出改进的办法。

    Abstract:

    Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease. In the past, the disease was mainly prevalent in the north. After entering 2000, with the development of the breeding industry, the spread of the disease gradually expanded, and now it has spread to the whole country. The disease is caused by Brucella infection, and is generally transmitted to humans by sick cattle, sheep, pigs and other domestic animals. Livestock suffering from brucellosis often has abortion, infertility, empty pregnancy, and reduced reproductive survival rate. This significantly reduces the number of livestock, meat production, and milk production. This directly affects the development of animal husbandry and the prosperity of farmers. The diagnosis of brucellosis is mainly based on serological diagnosis, and the common diagnostic method for brucellosis at the grassroots level is tiger red plate experiment. This detection method has the advantages of low price and convenience. But it also has some shortcomings. In this paper, I will say some of my own views on the deficiencies, and propose ways to improve.
