Abstract:A male Siberian tiger reared for 25 years began to show slow gait and lameness before 2019, and an unknown mass appeared at the right elbow joint in January 2022. The mass grew rapidly within 1 month, resulting in collapse, bleeding and tissue damage. Combined with the clinical manifestations, postmortem examination and histopathological examination, anaplastic cell sarcoma was diagnosed.
