巴林左旗马流产沙门氏菌血清学调查

Serological Investigation of Salmonella Abortus in Horses in Bairin Left Banner, Inner Mongolia

摘要:

为了解巴林左旗肉驴流产病因，采用酶联免疫吸附试验—ELISA对从富河镇采集的1953份血清样品进行马流产沙门氏菌抗体检测，样品检测结果显示驴群感染率84%，个体感染率29%，全镇各村均有检出，嘎查村阳性率100%，养殖场阳性率100%，结果预示巴林左旗存在肉驴疑似感染马流产沙门氏菌情况。

Abstract:

In order to understand the cause of abortion of meat donkeys in bairin left banner, 1953 serum samples collected from Fuhe Town were tested for Salmonella antibody by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the infection rate of donkeys was 84%, the individual infection rate was 29%, all villages in the town were detected, the positive rate of village was 100%, and the positive rate of farms was 100%. The results indicated that there was a suspected infection of Salmonella in meat donkeys in bairin left banner.
