发酵饲料在羊养殖生产中的应用

摘要:

发酵饲料作为一种材料来源广泛、生产成本较低,同时便于储藏的新型粗饲料,被广泛用于畜禽的养殖生产。研究发现,发酵饲料具有绿色环保、改善瘤胃发酵环境、促进机体生长和降低饲养成本等亮点,同时还能提高羊的生长性能、改善消化系统健康、提高肉奶品质、提高免疫和抗氧化功能、减少机体瘤胃甲烷的排放。因此,本文综述了发酵饲料的原理、生产过程及其在羊养殖生产中的应用研究,以期为发酵饲料在羊只上的进一步应用提供参考。

Abstract:

As a new type of roughage with wide material source, low production cost and easy storage, yeast feed is widely used in livestock and poultry production. The study found that fermented feed has the advantages of green environmental protection, improving rumen fermentation environment, promoting body growth and reducing feeding costs, and can also improve the growth performance of sheep, improve digestive system health, improve meat and milk quality, improve immune and antioxidant functions, and reduce rumen methane emissions. Therefore, this paper reviewed the principle, production process and application research of fermented feed in sheep breeding and production, in order to provide reference for further application of fermented feed in sheep.
