无非洲猪瘟小区生物安全管理体系建设的思考

摘要:

非洲猪瘟病毒的迅速传播，给我国生猪养殖业带来严重冲击。建设无非洲猪瘟小区是防范非洲猪瘟等动物疫病发生和扩散非常有效的措施，特别是生物安全管理体系建设更是重中之重。文中描述了生物安全管理体系建设的基本逻辑、生物安全管理体系的构成以及落实生物安全措施的关键要素，分享了陕西省建设无非洲猪瘟小区的实践工作经验，以期望为非洲猪瘟等动物疫病无疫小区建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The rapid spread of African swine fever virus has brought serious impact to China's pig breeding industry. It is a very effective measure to build an African swine fever free community to prevent the occurrence and spread of African swine fever and other animal epidemics, especially the construction of the biosafety management system. The paper describes the basic logic of the construction of the biosafety management system, the composition of the biosafety management system and the key elements of implementing biosafety measures, and shares the practical work experience of Shaanxi Province in the construction of an African hog cholera free community, in order to provide reference for the construction of an African hog cholera free community.
