根据《张掖市牛产业扶持资金肉牛冻精采购项目代理服务补充协议》要求，因冻精采购的特殊性，需在采购前做好各县区冻精市场需求调查及预判供应商考察等工作。某咨询代理公司于2022年3月3日至16日，聘请专业技术人员组成调查组，选择高台县、民乐县、临泽县、甘州区4个牛产业发展大县，作为张掖市肉牛冻精使用情况和市场需求的调查样本，进行了实地调查。

Abstract:

According to the requirements of "Zhangye City Cattle Industry Support Fund Beef Cattle Frozen Semen Purchasing Agency Service Supplementary Agreement", due to the particularity of frozen semen procurement, we need to do a good job of investigating the market demand of frozen semen in each county and district and predicting suppliers before purchasing Investigation and other work.From March 3 to 16, 2022, a consulting agency hired professional and technical personnel to form an investigation team. The investigation team selected Gaotai County, Minle County, Linze County, and Ganzhou District, four major cattle industry development counties, as the survey samples of beef cattle frozen semen usage and market demand in Zhangye City to conduct field investigations.
