山西省运城市近五年畜禽粪污土地承载力分析

Analysis of Land Bearing Capacity of Livestock and Poultry Manure in Yuncheng City in the Past Five Years

摘要:

为了解山西省运城市畜牧业发展动态，推动运城地区畜禽粪污资源化利用，加快发展绿色循环农业，利用山西省运城市畜牧业、种植业资料和统计年鉴数据，分析测算2016年—2020年运城市主要农作物耕地畜禽粪污土地承载力（以下简称耕地粪污承载力）。结果表明：2016年－2020年运城市耕地粪污承载力均高于主要畜禽年末存栏量猪当量，全市的畜禽粪污能够完全在本市域内进行消纳，运城市耕地粪污承载力在可承受的范围之内，且畜牧业仍具有较大的发展空间。

Abstract:

This study aims to understand the development of animal husbandry in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, promote the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Yuncheng, and accelerate the development of green circular agriculture. Using animal husbandry and planting data and statistical yearbook data in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, we analyzed and calculated the land carrying capacity of the main crops in Yuncheng from 2016 to 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the manure carrying capacity of cultivated land). The results show that from 2016 to 2020, the manure carrying capacity of cultivated land in Yuncheng is higher than the pig equivalent of the main livestock and poultry at the end of the year. The city's livestock and poultry manure can be completely absorbed within the city. The manure carrying capacity of cultivated land in Yuncheng is within the acceptable range, and the animal husbandry still has a large room for development.
