随着新冠肺炎疫情的产生，我国的经济发展受到较大的影响，各个行业都进入了运行发展“艰难期”。饲料生产企业作为保障养殖业发展的重要部分，在疫情影响下产生了各种问题，其中运输环节受阻、生产成本增加以及资金周转困难作为影响较大的经营困境，对饲料企业产生了非常不利的影响。为此，企业想要更好的发展进步，就需要结合疫情常态化特征进行经营模式的革新，改变企业的发展路径，由此促进企业更好的发展进步。本文就针对这一主题进行分析论述，以供参考。

Under the influence of the epidemic, various problems have arisen, among which the obstruction of transportation links, the increase of production costs and the difficulty of capital turnover are the most influential business difficulties. This has had a very negative impact on feed companies. For this reason, if an enterprise wants to develop and progress better, it needs to innovate its business model and change its development path in light of the normalized characteristics of the epidemic.
